Plan Ahead to Avoid a Dead Battery

Have you ever went out to start your vehicle and were greeted by a clicking sound? If so, you may be facing the problem of a dead battery. The good news is that if you have jumper cables and someone with a working vehicle to assist you, then you can be back on the road in no time.

Jump-starting your battery is not a complicated process. Just attach the positive ends of the jumper cables to the positive terminal of each battery. Next, attach one end of the negative cable to the working battery and the other end to a metal bracket or frame on the car with the dead battery. Allow the working car to run and charge the dead battery for a few minutes then start your vehicle.

Being prepared is wise, but if you suspect issues with your vehicle's battery, then come see us at our Jaguar parts store so that we can diagnose and test it for you.
