THE JAGUAR EXPERIENCE

165-POINTS: FROM ENGINE PERFORMANCE TO VANITY MIRROR LIGHTS

There is a checklist of 165 points of inspection in place that has to be followed to the letter. This ensures your vehicle is in optimum electrical and mechanical condition. Using the very latest technologies, tools and diagnostic equipment, Jaguar technicians carry out these checks with the utmost rigor. The inspection always includes paintwork, interior, a complete engine preparation, road test and a final inspection before the vehicle is personally signed off by a Jaguar Technician. All vehicles have to pass all 165 checks to become a Jaguar Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicle.

Jaguar Technicians

It takes a certain type of person to deliver the levels of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that we expect. Any reconditioning work will be undertaken by Jaguar trained technicians using specific tools, diagnostic equipment and genuine Jaguar parts. We always work to the most exacting standards, which is why only Jaguar Retailers should ever undertake the work.


Vehicle History Report

Every Jaguar Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with a vehicle history report. The report will provide insight into service history, vehicle mileage, ownership and other vehicle attributes.


Road Test

Vehicles undertake a road test during which Jaguar technicians look to assess the unique performance characteristics of each vehicle. For instance, suspension, vibration, braking systems, engine performance, transmission and other specific areas are monitored to ensure the vehicle's optimum performance.


No Deductible

Any and all warrantable repairs covered under the Approved Certified Pre-Owned Program require absolutely no deductible whatsoever.


Transferable Warranty

There may come a time when you decide to sell your Jaguar Approved Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. The new owner will feel assured knowing that the warranty that came with your purchase is fully transferable.

 

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Jaguar Assistance has been created to give you complete reassurance and, should you ever need it, a truly seamless service. It covers vehicle disablement due to breakdown or accident, to minor emergencies such as a tire puncture or lock-out assistance. Your vehicle will be covered for the entire duration of the warranty period and operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year.*

*Jaguar Approved Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty, including Roadside Assistance benefits, begins when the Jaguar New-Vehicle Limited Warranty expires. Vehicles can have either a limited warranty for one year / unlimited miles or a limited warranty for two years / 100,000 miles (whichever comes first).  See your local authorized Jaguar Retailer for complete terms and conditions of the limited warranty and service coverage.

APPROVED CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED WARRANTY*

This limited warranty is added on top of the vehicle's new car warranty.** Using only Jaguar Genuine Parts, this limited warranty covers repairs for sudden and unexpected mechanical or electrical failure, and work is only undertaken by Jaguar Trained Technicians. Nothing less. The warranty covers the vehicle for up to one year / unlimited miles or a limited warranty for two years / 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

 
*Jaguar Approved Certified Pre-Owned Coverage, including limited warranty and roadside assistance, expires one year from the end of the original new car warranty with unlimited miles or two years from the end of the original new car warranty or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Original in-service date is the earlier of the new-vehicle retail sale or in-use date, as reported to Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC. Vehicles can have either a one year/unlimited miles or two years/100,000 miles limited warranty coverage.
