The I-PACE Concept is a preview of Jaguar's first all-electric vehicle, where next-generation technology meets future-facing design. Imagine the sheer pleasure of driving a vehicle that delivers the legendary Jaguar performance, but with zero emissions.
The dramatic, aerodynamic design features flush door handles and bold air ducts, helping the vehicle efficiently slice through the air and extending its range. Inside, the vehicle offers five full seats and a spacious cargo area in the back.
The I-PACE Concept will offer a range of more than 310 miles on a single charge of the high-tech lithium ion battery, which has a capacity of 90kWh. Using a 50kW DC charger, the vehicle will reach an 80% charged state in just 90 minutes.
The aerodynamic design, instant torque and all-wheel drive capabilities help the I-PACE Concept deliver a 0-60mph time of about four seconds. Together, 516 pound-feet of instant torque allow the two electric motors to generate 394 horsepower.
The I-PACE Concept will be available in late 2018.
